Customer engagement in luxury retail: Update on the program for the Special Paris Packaging Week Webinar!

As previously announced, on January 18 at 2.30pm, Paris Packaging Week will be hosting a live event from the Packaging Première trade show, sure to leave a lasting impression on luxury and innovation enthusiasts. Your specialist media partner Luxus+ will be hosting an exclusive round-table discussion – accessible in face-to-face or remote sessions – on the subject of “Customer engagement in the age of sustainability in luxury retail”.

The deadline is fast approaching! Paris Packaging Week, the world’s largest packaging event for the luxury aerosol, cosmetics and beverage industries, opens its doors on January 17 and 18, 2024 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

This exceptional event will welcome 10,000 participants from 85 countries, over 1,600 luxury brands and 630 exhibitors, as well as 110 expert speakers. It will bring together leading figures from the world of luxury, including directors of E-commerce, retail, innovation and sustainability.

Today, packaging plays an essential role in the way luxury brands communicate the elegance and quality of their products. Packaging Première Paris is the forum to find the perfect packaging for your products, in categories such as fashion, delicatessen, watches and jewelry, confectionery, accessories and many others.

On the occasion of Paris Packaging Week, Luxus+ will be hosting an exclusive phygital Round Table on January 18 at 2.30pm, live from the Packaging Première show. The objective is clear: to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with making your brand stand out and improving the customer experience in particular – seamless omnichannel transformation, personalization as a virtuous criterion in the purchasing journey, optimized delivery operations, or eco-design of packaging – in a world faced with climate change.

High-level speakers

The round table will bring together influential industry leaders to share their unique expertise. Claire Domergue, Publishing Director at Luxus+ and moderator of the panel, will welcome Nicolas Martin, Sustainable Store Planning Manager at LVMH, as well as Emeric Crepin, Managing Director of Arvato France.

But also Laurence Gayraud, Director of Operations and Environment correspondent at Le Bon Marché.

This will be an opportunity for her to talk about the LIFE360 in Stores Award given by LVMH to Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, in the “Lighting” category for the Children’s area. During its renovation in 2018, this area was fitted with 100% LEDs. As a reminder, in 2021, the LVMH group had launched the LIFE 360 plan, with objectives to be achieved by 2023, 2026 and 2030, around four pillars: Creative Circularity, Biodiversity, Climate and Traceability & Transparency.

For its part, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, a world leader in order-to-cash solutions for the luxury goods sector, and headed by Emeric Crepin in France, will report on the transition of all its facilities worldwide to non-fossil energy sources for power generation.

Don’t miss this unmissable and exclusive event, where our speakers will also address issues of commitment, transversality and cohesion within the luxury ecosystem.
