Located in the heart of the literary district, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in the 6th arrondissement, Moët Hennessy has just opened a unique cocktail bar celebrating the French art of living. The name? CRAVAN.

The Moët Hennessy Group, the wine and spirits arm of the LVMH Group, has unveiled an exceptional new venue at the crossroads of design, culture and relaxation.

The group, which brings together no fewer than 25 Houses including Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, Moët et Chandon, Dom Pérignon and Belvedere, has created CRAVAN to demonstrate its expertise in the art of entertaining, through unique and sophisticated cocktails that will delight customers’ taste buds.

The new bar spans the four levels of a 17th-century Parisian building. The entire establishment has been redesigned by Belgian designer Ramy Fischler.

From tomorrow, customers, the curious and mixology enthusiasts alike will be able to discover the different universes inspired by art, cinema, fashion and literature.

In fact, not one, but three bars will open to the public, along with a bookshop co-signed with Rizzoli. The top two floors house two secret spaces, accessible by invitation only, including a private studio and a mini Parisian kiosk, nestled on the roof. The highlight? This panoramic terrace features an exclusive cinema program.

Philippe Schaus, Chairman and CEO of Moët Hennessy, explains: “It is with great pride that we today open the doors to CRAVAN, a place that brings to life Moët Hennessy’s mission: crafting experiences. I am delighted to begin welcoming our guests to the unique and singular world of CRAVAN, in the heart of the historic literary district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés“.

Through CRAVAN, Moët Hennessy unveils its vision of the art of entertaining, culture and mixology. It is also the culmination of a meeting between the LVMH branch and Franck Audoux, the founder and artistic director of CRAVAN, who is also a restaurateur and a master in the art of cocktails.

He brings to this unique venue his exceptional approach to beverages, which are perfectly blended thanks to Moët Hennessy’s vast experience. Much more than a bar, it’s a place for sharing, discovery, encounters and culture.

And because Moët Hennessy has been cultivating the art of excellence for decades, it has equipped itself for the occasion with a team of mixology experts to advise customers. They’ll be on hand to share their know-how and offer invaluable advice, while preserving the magic of their talent.
