Christie’s appoints new head of its Luxury Division

Kimberly Miller, previously head of Luxury sales in the Americas, takes over as global head of the division at the auction house. A year ago, another regional manager for the Americas, Bonnie Brennan, was appointed to the global management team at Christie’s. Their task is to accelerate the shift towards a younger, more connected target audience.

 

The auction house Christie’s, owned by the holding company Artemis, the investment vehicle of the Pinault family (Kering), has appointed a new head of its global luxury division.

 

Kimberly Miller replaces Emmanuel Danan, who left the company last year, as Global Managing Director for the luxury sector. The Luxury division includes categories such as automobiles, jewelry, fashion, wines, and watches

 

Live auctions, online auctions, and private sales

 

In her new role, Kimberly Miller will oversee all sales for Christie’s Luxury business, including live auctions, online auctions, and private sales.
