From May 9 to May 12 in physical and from May 17 to 18 in virtual, the 29th edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), the largest travel and tourism exhibition in the Middle East, was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This was an opportunity to review the event and its importance to the Middle East tourism boom.
With 1,500 exhibitors presenting 158 destinations around the world, the show managed to attract 23,000 participants. With tourism expected to grow significantly in the coming years, the show highlighted future global tourism investments and financing strategies.
Tourism regains hope for the coming years
Representatives from many destinations around the world made their way to Dubai to promote their countries. The aim? The event serves as a showcase, so countries that hope to open up to new tourist markets in the coming years have every interest in attending.
