After Marriott, it is the turn of the Accor hotel group to unveil the list of its establishments that will open next year.

From city breaks to beach getaways with luxury and eco-friendly hotels, this is what awaits visitors from around the world, avid customers of the world’s leading luxury hotel company, Accor.

The group’s various brands are known for their customized, luxurious and always state-of-the-art services. They each offer personalized experiences where well-being, prestige and hospitality are the key words.

The Sofitel Leng Casco Viejo Panama will be the first luxury hotel to open in early 2023 in Panama. Its decoration will be inspired by French authenticity. Built directly into the water, with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean, the hotel will offer 159 rooms and suites as well as five restaurants and bars and a beachfront pool.

Also opening in early 2023, Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences will be THE eco-friendly luxury destination in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. It will have 35 floors, housing 249 spacious and luxurious rooms. Each room will open onto private terraces with spectacular views of the Saudi capital.

Raffles London will open in mid-2023. The historic Old War Office in London’s Whitehall, the iconic building that has seen the likes of Winston Churchill and Ian Fleming, has undergone an incredible transformation. It now includes 120 rooms and suites, 85 private residences and 11 restaurants and bars. There is also a Guerlain by PILLAR spa and wellness center, which will offer private memberships to Londoners.

Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences will be the first Raffles property in North America. Opening in 2023 in Boston, the new hotel will combine sophistication and elegance. Located in the prestigious Back Bay neighborhood, the hotel will be 35 stories high and will feature a massive lobby. It will offer a collection of 147 rooms and 147 residences, with suites, one- to three-bedroom homes and magnificent penthouses.

Raffles at Galaxy Macau, also planned for mid-2023 in Macau, China, will be a luxury resort, giving the city of 682,000 people a boost. Each of the 450 suites is designed as a mini palace, as luxurious as it is modern.

Domaine De La Reine Margot was originally, as its name suggests, the home of Queen Marguerite de Valois several centuries ago. Inaugurated in 2023, it will be located in the heart of the Jardin des Quiétudes, just outside Paris. Updated by the famous designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the estate will combine the old and the new.  There will also be a spa, a vegetable garden and an orchard.

Also planned for mid-2023, Sofitel Shanghai North Bund will have 25 floors and 300 rooms and suites, offering an exceptional view of Shanghai. The French style will be honored in this hotel, which will be equipped with a Club Millésime, a magnificent Sofitel spa and an ultra modern Sofitel Fitness gym.

MontAzure Lakeside Phuket will be the first MGallery resort in Thailand. It will overlook the turquoise waters and lush nature of Kamala Beach on Phuket Island. There will be 236 spacious studios and residences surrounded by gardens, lakes and waterfalls. The resort will feature a relaxation pavilion, yoga platform, fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool and restaurant. The opening is scheduled for late 2023.

Accor and more

The Accor Group’s Ennismore branch also aims to open more than 30 branded hotels and residences. This is a continuation of this year’s trend of opening a hotel every two weeks on average.

Ennismore brings together a portfolio of 14 iconic brands such as Maman Shelter, The Hoxton, Hyde and So/. It also has more than 150 restaurants in more than 20 countries.

Among its upcoming openings, a Mama Shelter hotel is expected in Rennes. The famous The Hoxton will be opening in West Berlin. After So/Paris, So/Uptown Dubai, located in the iconic Uptown Tower, will follow. Finally, Mondrian and Hyde will make their first visit to the beautiful party island of Ibiza in the summer of 2023.

All of these resorts and properties offer a glimpse of Accor’s international expansion in the luxury and lifestyle categories. The group will open hundreds of new hotels and resorts around the world, from Europe to Asia to the Americas. All this through its huge portfolio of more than 40 brands.
