The world’s sixth-largest hotel group (Ibis, Sofitel, Raffles…) reported very strong sales and net income growth last year. The outlook for 2024 is also very promising, with major sporting events (such as the Paris Olympics) and the return of Chinese travellers.

After a fine rebound in 2022, Accor’s results beat all expectations and broke all records. Sales for the group, which operates in over 110 countries with some fifty brands, rose by 20% (+18% on a like-for-like basis) to 5 billion euros. Net income soared by 57% to 633 million euros.
EBITDA of 1 billion euros
Gross operating profit (EBITDA) also reached a peak in 2023, with like-for-like growth of 55% to 1 billion euros.
Revpar (revenue per available room) was up 23%.
