In partnership with Brazilian real estate developer Setai Grupo GP, Aston Martin will complete its first luxury residential project in South America by 2031, in the heart of João Pessoa, capital of the state of Paraíba in Brazil.
Although Aston Martin‘s automotive division is not in the best shape at the moment, this has not prevented the British brand from expanding into other more promising sectors… such as luxury residences !
The Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin project will be Aston Martin’s first foray into the Brazilian and South American real estate market, continuing its global expansion into branded residences already present in Miami.
A symbol of modern luxury in João Pessoa
Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin will take the form of a 45-story tower in the Altiplano district, known as one of the most sought-after residential areas in João Pessoa. Covering a plot of approximately 6,000 m² and with a built area of around 30,000 m², the building will comprise nearly 200 units ranging from 105 to 320 m².
