With the Supreme Court having just invalidated, on February 20, the majority of the US tariffs imposed by Donald Trump, French cosmetics group L’Oréal has joined British vacuum cleaner manufacturer Dyson and contact lens specialist Bausch + Lomb in filing lawsuits and seeking reimbursement of these taxes.
