Amandine Ohayon becomes CEO of Givenchy, replacing Alessandro Valenti, who has been appointed Deputy CEO in charge of commercial activities at Christian Dior Couture.
At the start of the year, LVMH announced major changes at the highest level within the Dior and Givenchy Houses.
This concerns the position of CEO at Givenchy, to which Amandine Ohayon has been appointed, effective January 9, 2026. Alessandro Valenti is stepping down from the position he has held since 2024 to take up the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of commercial activities at Christian Dior Couture on January 12. He will sit on the Executive Committee.
