Prada: CEO Gianfranco D’Attis is leaving

Prada, the historic brand and heavyweight of the eponymous group, has just confirmed the departure of its CEO, only a year and a half after his arrival, amid strategic disagreements.

 

Two and a half years after joining the management team of the Prada brand, Gianfranco D’Attis is stepping down at the end of June.

 

“Mutual agreement”

 

The Prada group, which mainly comprisesthe eponymous fashion house, its little sister Miu Miu andwhich has just bought its compatriot Versace, confirmed on Sunday the information first revealed by the American trade publication WWD. The announcement did not go unnoticed, as it came just a few hours after a Prada fashion show during Milan Men’s Fashion Week.
