What if true luxury meant feeling like a star, whatever your name or status ? This is the experience promised by ALL Accor in its new campaign, designed by the Ogilvy agency. In the ad, Kylian Mbappé enters a hotel at the same time as other guests. The staff are faced with a dilemma : who to welcome first ? The answer is clear : every customer counts. The aim is no longer simply to welcome guests, but to offer personalized attention, down to the smallest detail.
