For four days starting on May 8, the Grand Palais in Paris will be transformed into a veritable temple of gastronomy to host the 10th edition of the Taste of Paris festival. This unmissable event, which attracts more than 30,000 enthusiasts every year, promises an exceptional culinary experience, punctuated by the creativity of Michelin-starred chefs and emerging talents, the discovery of exceptional products and a unique festive atmosphere. Here’s a sneak preview.
Created in 2015, Taste of Paris is part of a series of international food festivals initiated by the IMG group, which is also behind Taste of London and Taste of Sydney. Since its first edition under the glass roof of the Grand Palais, the Parisian event has found its audience: lovers of haute cuisine, those curious about new flavors, and culinary enthusiasts.
The aim of the event is to democratize access to gastronomy by allowing everyone to discover dishes by renowned chefs at affordable prices, in a festive and immersive format. Driven by values of sharing, transmission, and celebration of taste, Taste of Paris also aims to promote French artisans, producers, and culinary schools.
The festival, which takes place this year from May 8 to 11, features an eclectic program combining Michelin-starred chefs, young talent, participatory workshops, and masterclasses. It has become a major cultural event in the Parisian spring, combining elements of a gastronomic event, a trade show, and a public happening.
An anniversary festival dedicated to excellence
For this 10th anniversary edition, Taste of Paris is pulling out all the stops. Nearly 50 chefs will be taking over the nave of the Grand Palais. Fans of the M6 reality TV show Top Chef will also be delighted by the presence of around 15 former and current contestants, who will be sharing their passion and expertise, as well as jury member Stéphanie Le Quellec, accompanied by Pierre Chirac and Jorick Dorignac (La Scène).
There are many chefs eagerly awaited at Taste of Paris 2025, including Yannick Alléno and his pastry chef Aurélien Rivoire (Alléno & Rivoire), Thierry Marx (Delano Café), Nina Métayer (Délicatisserie), Gabriele Ravasio and Gordon Ramsay (Trianon Palace Versailles), Philippe Conticini, Nicolas Guercio (Mandarin Oriental Lutetia), Jordan Talbot (La Réserve Paris), Christian le Squer (Laurent-Perrier & Chefs), Mauro Colagreco (Laurent-Perrier & Chefs), Juan Arbelaez (Laurent-Perrier & Chefs), Alan Geaam (Qasti Green), Maxime Frédéric (pastry chef), Pierre Sang (Pierre Sang), David Toutain, Christophe Raoux (Le Royal Champagne), Niko Romito (Hôtel Bvlgari Paris), Denny Imbroisi (Ischia), Nicolas Paciello (Nicolas Paciello pâtisserie), Jessica Préalpato, Assaf Granit and Dan Yosha (Shabour).
