XXL MAISON, the designer furniture brand, puts on a show at Paris Design Week

Paris Design Week puts the spotlight on the XXL MAISON design furniture brand and its latest collections. The French brand, which occupies a special place in the world of contemporary furniture, stands out for its partnership with a personality from the world of the home, Gaëlle Cuisy. For the first time, on the evening of September 6, she will take part in this major event in the world of design.

A design festival that complements the Salon Maison & Objets, Paris Design Week gives visitors the opportunity to discover concept stores, window displays, vernissages and other designer encounters over a ten-day period from September 5 to 14. On the evening of September 6, XXL Maison invites design professionals to discover its latest collections and best-sellers.

The evening will feature the exceptional presence ofarchitect and TV host Gaelle Cuisy, famous for her appearances on La Maison France 5 and M comme Maison (C8).

The furniture and furnishings brand, founded on the French Riviera in Nice and specializing in living and dining rooms, stands out for its customizable design approach.

Customizable design furniture

Each table, sofa, sideboard and bookcase is available in a range of dimensions and finishes (fabrics, colors, veneers, etc.). XXL Maison works to order, manufacturing unique furniture from Portugal and Italy, according to the specifications of each customer. The French brand has positioned itself as the preferred partner of interior designers and decorators for their designer interiors.

Some twenty collections are on display in the 1,000 m2 Paris showroom and in its nationwide network of 60 stores. Customers can discover them in real-life situations, try them on, touch them and project themselves into the universes presented. They benefit from the support of an expert sales advisor to assist them in their decision-making, and design their personalized projects, with 3D simulation tools and a materials library.

The brand’s flagship on avenue de Wagram offers a comprehensive overview of the brand’s expertise. Exclusive lines, original designs and combinations of materials inspire the latest collections for living and dining rooms. Their creativity has won numerous awards from juries of French and international professionals.

A renowned ambassador

XXL MAISON is also keen to extend its reach by working with bespoke designers and decorators of living and working spaces. To this end, the French brand has just signed a partnership with interior designer Gaelle Cuisy.

Well-known to viewers of Maison France 5 and M comme Maison on C8, from 2010 to 2022, Gaëlle Cuisy is, for many of us, inseparable from her before-and-after column, produced in tandem with her partner, Karine Martin.

Having met on the benches of the Versailles School of Architecture, they both graduated as Architectes DPLG in 2000. Together, they founded Studio GplusK in 2008 – the same year that XXL Maison was founded – an architectural practice that first worked exclusively in Paris, from the XIth arrondissement, then in Nîmes, Versailles… and all over France.

The collaboration with this renowned and imaginative architect brings a new dimension to the XXL MAISON brand.

To be discovered on September 6 at 39 avenue Wagram, Paris 17ème (métro Ternes).
