With around 60 exhibitors, including Bulgari for the first time and numerous highlights, the new edition of Watches and Wonders Geneva, from April 1 to 7, should attract visitors in droves. All the more so as the event is now open to the general public.
In a few days, i.e. next Tuesday, February 11, the starting gun will be fired for the purchase of tickets for the next Watches and Wonders Geneva on its website, watchesandwonders.com.
With a growing number of watchmaking companies participating and an opening to the general public for the third edition, this exhibition is increasingly establishing itself as “the place to be” for professionals and timepiece enthusiasts.
Its next edition, which will be held in the refurbished spaces of Palexpo, the international convention center near Geneva airport, from April 1 to 7, 2025, should thus break new records. A total of 60 exhibiting brands are expected, including seven newcomers, namely the iconic Bvlgari, the flagship of the LVMH group, and six new independent brands (HYT, Armin Strom, Meistersinger, Christiaan van der Klaauw, Kross Studio and Genus).
Expansion
An expansion linked to that of the organizer itself, the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation (WWGF). This non-profit foundation was created in Geneva in September 2022 on the initiative of Rolex, Richemont and Patek Philippe. In 2024, its Board of Directors was enriched by three new major members of the sector, namely Chanel, Hermès and LVMH! This will enable it to better fulfill its mission, which is to “promote watchmaking around the world by organizing watchmaking events in Geneva – the flagship event – and Shanghai,” explains the WWGF in a press release.
