VivaTech, Europe’s largest technology and startup event, will take place from 16 to 19 June 2021 at the Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, alongside an online broadcast.
VivaTech, an annual event that has been running for five years now, brings together a wide range of startups and large companies, encouraging collaborations, driving digital transformation and innovation for the common good. The last edition of the event, held in 2019, notably attracted more than 124,000 visitors as well as the world’s brightest entrepreneurs, leaders and investors.
LVMH, a founding partner of VivaTech, will once again organise the LVMH Innovation Awards. To mark the occasion, it has just unveiled the list of 28 startups that will be accompanying it to The LVMH Gallery, its Lab & e-Lab (digital programming) at the show. Selected from several hundred applications from all over the world, these startups have caught LVMH’s attention by responding to the challenge “The Future of Customer Experience is here” , and will have to present their solutions in line with the theme of the above-mentioned challenge.
In addition, they were divided into 6 distinct categories: omnichannel & retail experience, media & brand awareness, data & artificial intelligence, operations & manufacturing excellence, employee experience and finally sustainability.
Importantly, the 28 selected finalists come from 12 different countries and 30% of them were founded or co-founded by women.
These 28 startups will then have the opportunity to present their vision of the customer experience of tomorrow to industry professionals and the general public. And when Viva Technology comes to an end, the LVMH Innovation Award will be presented to one of them.
The full list of finalists can be found here. And, if you are curious to see what the 28 selected start-ups will be proposing, you can reserve your place here!
