Valentino celebrates its collection by partnering with a French bakery… from Australia !

For the launch of the spring-summer 2022 collection called “Rendez-Vous”, Valentino has partnered with the iconic French bakery “La Renaissance” in Sydney.

 

Trained in Paris as pastry chefs, Pierre and Sally Charkos founded La Renaissance Bakery in 1974 in Sydney. Since then, La Renaissance has become a mecca for true French pastry, always focusing on tradition, quality and French know-how. It is one of the oldest French bakeries in Sydney.

To celebrate the partnership with Valentino, La Renaissance has put together a special menu of small French pastries to delight visitors. Visitors will be able to discover a mango, lime and coconut macaroon, as well as a delicious strawberry éclair. If you are more into savoury food, a caramelised onion and Roquefort quiche and many other French classics are waiting to be tasted.

To highlight the Rendez-vous launch, the pastry chef was inspired by the pop colours of the spring-summer collection, such as pink, yellow and many others.

Visitors will be able to enjoy these French culinary wonders on the terrace, which will be decorated with flowers on this occasion, while admiring the breathtaking view of Sydney Harbour from the terrace of La Renaissance.
