Billed as the world’s largest sailing ship, the Orient Express Corinthian officially set sail this weekend following its christening in Saint-Nazaire. This departure marks the legendary Orient Express’s official entry into the world of cruising.

 

With the launch of the Orient Express Corinthian, the Accor Group is propelling its legendary railway brand toward a new horizon—this time, a maritime one.

 

History sets sail

 

Through the Orient Express Corinthian, the brand is entering the highly coveted luxury cruise sector, backed by the Accor Group in partnership with LVMH.

 

At 220 meters long, weighing 15,000 tons, and featuring three masts rising nearly 100 meters high, the Orient Express Corinthian stands as the world’s largest sailing ship.
