Organized by the Luxus+ Club in partnership with IFOP, ISG Luxury Program and Valtech, LUXperience(S) will bring together luxury and lifestyle professionals on October 2, 2025, via livestreaming and in person in Paris, for a morning of discussions on a key issue: the new exceptional experiences that are redefining the relationship between luxury brands and their customers.
The program will include the presentation of an exclusive global study conducted by IFOP, in partnership with Luxus, among 4,500 luxury customers and fans in seven markets (France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, and Japan).
The study will seek to determine the type of experiences consumers now expect in different areas of luxury: fashion, hospitality, technology, etc. Are there differences between generations, cultures and geographies? The aim will be to identify new levers of engagement to activate according to the targeted profiles.
For its part, ISG Luxury Program, as a training specialist, will highlight the new skills required by recruiters in luxury brands in the era of experiential luxury. The Valtech agency, a specialist in digital and technological marketing, will also share its vision of the transformation of luxury companies that are driven by innovation in the service of customer experience.
Speakers from all backgrounds will also take the floor: executives, experts, creatives, entrepreneurs, and researchers. All will share their knowledge, expertise, and concrete actions to activate new levers for acquisition and growth.
