From January 2025, the only Parisian Palace on the Left Bank, located on boulevard Raspail between Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montparnasse, will change its identity.
This new christening, announced for early 2025, has a first practical interest: it signals the arrival of the Mandarin Oriental group as the new manager of the legendary establishment, a blend of Art Nouveau and Art Deco.
The Hong Kong-based luxury hotel group, which managessome forty establishments, has signed a contract to this effect with the Israeli luxury real estate group Alrov, which bought the Lutetia in 2010.
