Pretty Yende, Dior’s new ambassador, ticks all the right boxes to represent the women’s collections designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri.

 

Chosen to sing at the coronation of King Charles III last May, the 38-year-old opera singer is first and foremost very talented. And among her other assets, she is originally from South Africa, has a radiant, radiant beauty and is present on social networks… Finally, by happy coincidence, her first name (jolie in English), is particularly suited to her new mission. In short: a fine example of inclusive success, and a dazzling one at that.

 

Dior’s musical DNA

 

Its field of excellence – lyrical art – is also in tune with the DNA of the star House (along with Louis Vuitton…) of the Lvmh group. In a press release, Dior recalls “the privileged links that have always united the house with the magic of art and music, as witnessed by the Mozart, Verdi and Debussy models designed by the couturier-founder for the Dior spring-summer 1950 line”.
