The quarterly online survey conducted by the American department store group Saks enables it to better understand its customers and how their feelings about the economy, and therefore their purchases, spending and fashion, are changing. It was recently renamed “Saks Luxury Pulse” (instead of “Saks Luxury Pulse”) following the expansion of its scope after the acquisition at the end of 2024 of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman by the group that became Saks Global.
Growing concern
The latest edition is based on a questionnaire submitted between April 24 and 28, 2025, to 1,248 luxury consumers aged 18 and over residing in the United States.
