British luxury carmaker Rolls-Royce ended 2023 with “record” sales, according to a statement released on Monday, January 8. The “Spectre” electric model was particularly praised for its success in the market.
In the last twelve months, Rolls-Royce delivered a total of 6032 vehicles to its customers, surpassing the previous year’s figures by 11 units.
This performance marks an exceptional record in the luxury brand’s 119-year history. Sales were driven mainly by the North American and Chinese markets. The automaker had already anticipated these historic sales by the end of 2023.
Dynamic leadership and electric goal
Current Managing Director Chris Brownridge expressed his satisfaction with “another extraordinary year for Rolls-Royce”, underlining “solid sales in all regions”. Chris Brownridge took over from Torsten Muller-Otvos, who resigned in November last year.
