A veteran of the L’Oréal group, where he distinguished himself through management assignments in major markets, Richard Pinabel has been appointed President of Armani Beauty. He replaces Véronique Gautier, who has headed this L’Oréal subsidiary, part of its Luxury division, for 13 years.

After 13 years of female presidency at this subsidiary of the L’Oréal group, Véronique Gautier is handing over the reins to Richard Pinabel.
Richard Pinabel is a long-standing member of the world’s number one beauty company’s management team, having worked in its Luxury division for 25 years in major markets.
After a solid training (Master’s degree in International Marketing from the School of Business in Rennes, MBA in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa (UK) and DESS in Marketing from Paris-Dauphine), he made his professional debut at L’Oréal, in Paris…within Giorgio Armani Fragrances, as International Marketing Director!
International career
In 2004, he was sent to New York to oversee the U.S. launch of FlowerBomb, the fragrance by Victor&Rolf, before moving on to Ralph Lauren fragrances from 2006 to 2008.
