Porsche recently reported lower sales for the fourth quarter of 2023. With the launch of four new models planned for 2024, the luxury carmaker is anticipating higher sales, despite persistent operational challenges.

 

Porsche unveiled its ambitious forecasts for the coming year on Tuesday March 12. The results unveiled by the luxury carmaker attracted the attention of analysts and investors, offering a glimpse of the challenges and opportunities in a global economic context in transition.

 

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Porsche recorded sales of 10.4 billion euros, marking a slight decline of -5% year-on-year. However, with growth of +7% on the previous quarter, this performance exceeded analysts’ expectations.

 

Adjusted EBIT amounted to 1.8 billion euros, up +3% year-on-year, also exceeding estimates.
