Porsche Design Tower Bangkok joins forces with List Sotheby’s to conquer the Japanese ultra-luxury market

Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, Asia’s first Porsche Design residential skyscraper, is now entering the Japanese real estate market thanks to a strategic alliance with List Sotheby’s International Realty.

 

To orchestrate its expansion in Japan, Porsche Design Tower has joined forces with List Sotheby’s International Realty, the Asia-Pacific subsidiary of the Sotheby’s Realty International group. With offices in Tokyo and Kanagawa, the agency is renowned for its expertise in the ultra-luxury market and its global network in over 70 countries. This partnership enables us to offer Japanese buyers tailor-made, multilingual and highly personalized support, backed by a detailed knowledge of local expectations.

 

A showcase for Asian luxury

 

It has always been Porsche Design’s ambition to extend the aesthetics and engineering principles of the legendary 911 to areas other than automobiles. The result of a partnership with Thai developer Ananda Development, this 21-storey residential tower embodies the perfect synthesis of German aesthetics and Asian hospitality.
