30 years after his father Régis, Paul Marcon is the winner of the world final of the famous Bocuse d’Or 2025. The young Camille Pigot, who supported him in Team France, took the title of best commis.
France was doubly honored at the world final of the Bocuse d’Or 2025.
On January 27, the last day of Sirha Lyon, the world’s leading food service and hospitality event , two natives of France, renowned for its gastronomy, were honored.
Paul Marcon won the gold statuette bearing the effigy of the famous chef, and Camille Pigot, who worked alongside him, the title of best commis.
Ninth French Bocuse d’Or winner
In winning the Bocuse d’Or, Paul Marcon, 28, became the ninth Frenchman to do so since the competition began.
