Paris Men’s Fashion Week: Who are the new recruits for the Spring/Summer 2023 season?

The Federation of Haute-Couture and Fashion has announced that Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2023 – Men’s Fashion will be held from June 21 to 26. On the program: legendary houses and newcomers in the sphere of men’s fashion.
This season, 84 fashion houses are on the official calendar of Paris Fashion Week for Men, who will present their collections both physically and digitally. The regulars of this fashion event such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton or Dior Men will obviously be present, but it will also be time for young emerging designers and brands to make their first entry on the media scene of Paris Fashion Week.
Six new brands will invest the official calendar this season. The French brand Bluemarble, the South African Lukhanyo Mdingi, the Swedish duo Lazoschmidl but also Kiko Kostadinov will be part of the show. The highly anticipated arrival of a House, which until now was only present on the catwalks of women’s fashion, is undoubtedly that of the French designer Marine Serre. The latter announced that her men’s collection will be unveiled “in an outdoor and unexpected place”. The Chinese designer Feng Chen Wang, regular of the FW of London, will also make its first entry to the parade of the city of light as Fursac.
The Spring/Summer 2023 edition of Men’s Fashion will also host “Sphere”, the sales showroom organized by the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion at the Palais de Tokyo. A program to support young fashion designers, Sphère will this year promote 7 young houses. Arturo Obegero, EGONlab, Louis Gabriel Nouchi, Lukhanio Mdingi, Valette Studio, regulars of Sphere, will be joined by two new recruits.
The first is Steven Passaro, a young French designer who draws inspiration from his hypersensitivity and emotions such as fear, sadness, anger and joy to create colorful and original clothes.
The second and final house to join the program is Jeanne Friot, a pioneering designer of gender-neutral and eco-friendly fashion.
