The YachtX currency has already undergone its first round of private sales, with 100% of the initial tranche of coins sold to a Dubai-based private equity fund. The goal of this currency and network is to respond to a change in consumer behavior. In the past, luxury travelers typically used a specialized travel agency to arrange their trip, making it easier for them to make a single payment in their home currency.
But YachtX’s vision is to make it easier to trade and avoid the overhead of luxury travel, by providing a single crypto-currency for international travel, as well as the discount program to select members.
