Louis Vuitton continues to expand in the Philippines

Louis Vuitton has just inaugurated a boutique at the Nustar Resort and Casino in Cebu City. This is the trunk-maker’s third point of sale in the Philippine archipelago, and its first outside the Manila metropolitan area.

Until the opening of its boutique in Cebu City’s Nustar Resort and Casino at the end of 2023, Louis Vuitton had only two points of sale, one at Makati’s Greenbelt, the other at the Solaire Resort and Casino in the entertainment city of Paranaque.

Anticipating its first venture outside the Manila area, the French luxury brand tested the market’s dynamism with a pop-up store at the Fili Hotel until the end of November.

This Nustar Resort is similar to the new-format Palm Beach due to open this year in Cannes, France, a temple to luxury lifestyle including entertainment, dining and shopping.

The difference lies in the size of its offering, which also includes gaming experiences, event spaces and hotel accommodation.

More than a shopping destination

The result is a 600-square-meter space, 495 of which is dedicated exclusively to retail, directly inspired by the grandeur of its Place Vendôme proto-flagship.

This sumptuous setting offers a broad panorama of Louis Vuitton collections, from ready-to-wear items (textile and leather, men’s and women’s) to leather goods, shoes, perfumes and jewelry.

Blending the Parisian DNA so dear to the House founded in 1854 with local artisanal influences thanks to the work of designer Vito Selma, the boutique boasts a warm, sophisticated atmosphere.
