The department store group has just appointed Laëtitia Henry and Mélanie Turpin to the senior management teams of Printemps Haussmann and Human Resources, respectively. The group is continuing to shape its future as its historic flagship store on Boulevard Haussmann celebrates its 160th anniversary in 2025.
Printemps continues its talent drive.
In early April, the department store group announced the appointment of two new managers to its Executive Committee: Laëtitia Henry as General Manager of Printemps Haussmann and Mélanie Turpin as General Manager of Human Resources.
Enriching the customer experience
“These appointments reflect our commitment to enriching the customer experience and consolidating our managerial momentum,” commented Jean-Marc Bellaïche, CEO of Printemps, emphasizing that the arrival of Laëtitia Henry and Mélanie Turpin ”perfectly illustrates our desire to re-enchant the experience of our customers, both French and international. Their expertise in retail, both in operational roles and in human resources, makes them key assets that will complement the wealth of experience of our Executive Committee.”
