L’Art de Recevoir : Luxus Plus organizes a tasting evening at the Pavillon Élysée

On May 30, Luxus Plus is organizing an exceptional tasting evening at the Pavillon Élysée Té, in partnership with the Confédération des Arts de la Table and the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin de Dijon. This event, reserved for annual subscribers, will celebrate the launch of our latest lifestyle supplement, “L’Art de Recevoir”. Luxus Plus is pleased to announce an exceptional evening, organized in partnership with the Confédération des Arts de la Table (CAT) and the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin de Dijon.

 

This event, reserved for Luxus Magazine Premium subscribers, will take place on May 30, 2024 at the prestigious Pavillon Élysée Té, in Paris. This emblematic venue, completely renovated in 2018 and located at 10 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, will host the evening from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

 

The Pavillon Élysée Té, owned by Groupe SOS, offers an ideal setting to celebrate the launch of our latest lifestyle supplement, whose central theme is “The Art of Receiving”.

 

Prestigious guests at the press conference

 

The event kicks off at 6:30pm with an introduction by Claire Domergue, Publishing Director of Luxus+. This will be followed at 6:40 p.m. by a talk-show on “L’Art de Recevoir” hosted by Hervé Gouvion de Saint Cyr, founder of the consulting firm TalentriCity, who will welcome Vincent Billiard, General Manager of Hôtel de Crillon and Vice President Central and Northern Europe for Rosewood Hotels.

 

At 7:00 pm, a round table entitled “L’Art de Recevoir: Education and Training” will take over. Denis Courtiade, Restaurant Director at the Plaza Athénée, will introduce this session, which will feature enriching exchanges with Martha Marcheva, General Manager of Sup de Luxe, and Alain Proust, General Secretary of the Comité Colbert.

 

The evening continues at 7.25pm with a round table on “L’Art de la Table: Tendances et Créations”, introduced by Francéclat. This discussion will bring together experts such as Aurélie Pergay for Porcelaines Jacques Pergay, Sarah-Linda Forrer for Maison Sarah-Linda, Riadh Bouaziz for RKF Group and RKF Luxury Linen, Didier Perret for Claude Dozorme cutlery, and Léa Maleh for Maison Maleh.

 

At 7:50pm, the press conference concludes with a presentation of the partners in the tasting and ephemeral exhibition around the Arts de la Table, including the Confédération des Arts de la Table, painter Charles Belle, and the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin de Dijon. The press conference is scheduled to end at 8.10pm, paving the way for the rest of the evening.

 

Cocktail reception by Thierry Marx

 

The highlight of the evening will be the cocktail reception, orchestrated by celebrated Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx, sponsor of Té Traiteur since 2015. At 8:30 p.m., the cocktail reception will offer an opportunity to taste refined dishes while discovering an ephemeral exhibition dedicated to the works of Charles Belle and the Arts de la Table, with the participation of CAT member companies such as La Rochère, Coutellerie Claude Dozorme, Jacques Pergay, Maison Maleh and Sarah Linda.

 

The evening will also provide a unique opportunity to network with professionals from the luxury goods, gastronomy and hotel industries. Guests will be able to exchange ideas and discover current trends in these fields, while enjoying a convivial and sophisticated atmosphere.

The Pavillon Élysée Té combines modern technology with Belle Époque elegance. It is occupied by Thierry Marx in association with Té Créateur d’Instants.

 

Created for the 1900 Universal Exhibition and located opposite the Grand Palais, at the foot of the Champs-Élysées, the Pavillon Élysée enjoys an exceptional location. The venue combines the historic charm of late 19th-century architecture with contemporary decor.
