The luxury goods group headed by François-Henri Pinault has just appointed Mélanie Flouquet, its Strategy Director, and Armelle Poulou, its Finance Director, to its Executive Committee. This confirms Kering’s policy of parity in its corporate governance.

The luxury group has just announced the appointment of two new members to its Executive Committee, with immediate operational effect: Mélanie Flouquet, its Strategy Director, and Armelle Poulou, its Finance Director.
With their arrival, the Committee now has 13 members, 46% of whom are women. Mélanie Flouquet and Armelle Poulou also join the crème de la crème of the Group’s executives, namely François-Henri Pinault, its CEO, Francesca Bellettini, its Deputy Managing Director in charge of Brand Development and CEO of Yves Saint Laurent, Jean-Marc Duplaix, its Deputy Managing Director in charge of Operations and Finance, Marie-Claire Daveu, Director of Sustainable Development and Institutional Affairs, Grégory Boutté, Director of Customer and Digital Affairs, Béatrice Lazat, Director of Human Resources, Cédric Charbit, CEO of Balenciaga, Raffaella Cornaggia, CEO of Kering Beauté, Jean-François Palus, CEO of Gucci, Bartolomeo Rongone, CEO of Bottega Veneta and Roberto Vedovotto, CEO of Kering Eyewear.
Talents who have recently joined the group
A 1997 graduate of Emlyon Business School, Mélanie Flouquet joined Kering in May 2021 as Strategy Director. Prior to this, she consolidated her knowledge of the sector by working for 20 years at JP Morgan as Managing Director in charge of the Equity Research team in the Luxury Goods sector.
