Jimmy Choo brings back its Golf capsule collection with Malbon

Jimmy Choo is teaming up with golf equipment specialist Malbon for the second year in a row. The Jimmy Choo x Malbon 2.0 capsule collection builds on the winning formula while offering new, bolder colors and design details. It’s a chance for the shoe brand to capitalize on the growing popularity of the sport.

 

Jimmy Choo returns to the fairway alongside Malbon, “a lifestyle brand inspired by golf” launched in Los Angeles in 2017 by husband and wife Stephen and Erica Malbon. This second capsule collection for men and women follows on from the success of the first launched by the Malaysian shoe designer last year.

 

Combining Malbon’s tradition of sophistication, synonymous with refined golf essentials, with Jimmy Choo’s inimitable glamour, the collection is more bold in its creative choices and colors.

 

Golf capsule collection 2.0

 

The new iteration of the collaboration between the two brands aims, in the words of Sandra Choi, artistic director and niece of Jimmy Choo, to “better understand and explore the best aspects of our two worlds, fashion and sports lifestyle.”

 

Designed to be “fun and true to the spirit of both brands,” it builds on the success of the first capsule collection while introducing a new JC monogram, whose aesthetic echoes that of a banknote.
