This month Gucci unveils its new Hortus Delicarium fine jewelry collection. Actress Jodie Turner-Smith becomes the muse of the four lines presented by Gucci.
With its new Hortus Delicarium jewelry collection, Gucci takes us into the heart of nature. 130 jewels divided into four themes were presented by the Italian luxury brand. And to embody this new collection, Jodie Turner-Smith, actress notably made famous for her role as Queen in the film Queen & Slim by Melina Matsoukas.
The first theme celebrates natural landscapes, with precious and romantic talismans in the form of Victorian leaves and cascading diamonds. The centerpiece of this first theme is certainly the 6.13 ct emerald set with diamonds, recalling the colors of the flora.

The second theme represents the sky at sunset, with pieces inspired by antique settings in a 19th century style. These pieces are set with unique gems such as opals, topaz and tourmalines: warm colored stones, reminiscent of the golden hour.
Roses are also featured in the third theme of the Hortus Delicarium collection. A more feminine collection, delicate, with softer tones.
Gucci concludes this collection with a fourth theme, the animal kingdom. We find jewels inspired by the lion, symbol of courage, as well as the tiger which is a symbol of passion. The most striking piece in this collection is the choker with a 16.36 ct opal surrounded by 22 lions’ heads.
With Hortus Delicarium, Gucci combines luxury and soul. In this collection, watches, maximalist solitaires, or brooches are offered in addition to the luxurious necklaces.
