The Geneva Watch Days, bringing together major manufacturers of the watchmaking art, was a great success for this year 2022.

At this 3rd edition of the Show, 33 brands, 230 watches exhibited in more than 50 showcases as well as 1,200 watchmaking professionals from all over the world were present. Dealers, agents and distributors were also able to welcome some 2,500 collectors and watch enthusiasts.

With a clear increase compared to the 2021 edition, the Geneva Watch Days exceeded all the organizers’ expectations this year. They thus contribute to the revival of the watchmaking economy while making the Swiss city an epicenter of watchmaking.

The Geneva Watch Days have remained true to their original concept – an innovative format that stands out from the usual trade shows. The event is global, decentralized, self-managed, B-to-C and open to the general public. Several brands are scattered over several locations in an immersive and playful way in the city. Each day, guided or free visits and conferences were organized. The little plus? The bike cab tours offered by the show.

The opening ceremony ended with a fireworks display on the water, in front of 400 spectators.

The event was also accessible on the Internet. This allowed those who were not present to discover the latest innovations in real time.

A promotion of the art of watchmaking in all its facets, which confirmed the place of choice of Geneva Watch Days in its market.
