The surprise departure of the talented star designer from LVMH, after a seven-year tenure, is fueling rumors. While her replacement has not been announced, she should bounce back soon.

 

A taste for freedom or a forced departure?

 

Whatever the case, the surprise departure of Francesca Amfitheatrof from the artistic direction of Louis Vuitton jewelry, confirmed by an official statement on March 27, has certainly fueled the rumor mill.

 

Six months earlier, she had inaugurated the new building in the center of Paris, dedicated to housing the global headquarters of Louis Vuitton jewelry.

 

Deliberate choice or disgrace?

 

According to Lettre A, criticism of the management of the woman who was one of the three artistic pillars of the House, along with Nicolas Ghesquière for women’s fashion and Pharrell Williams for men’s fashion, is “at the root of her disgrace”.
