The leader in hospitality, Four Seasons, is developing new private residences in the Golden Oak community at Walt Disney World Resort.
Walt Disney World Resort has announced the development of its residential area adjacent to the Disney World theme park in Florida. The new private residences, designed by hotel group Four Seasons, will expand the Golden Oak community by early 2026.
It’s a lesser-known fact that one can live in a home themed after Disney and its iconic characters. Located approximately 6 kilometers from Magic Kingdom park, the residential neighborhood of Golden Oak features approximately 300 homes spread across six enclaves like Silverbrook (named after Walt Disney’s first animation studio) and Marceline (Walt Disney’s hometown in Missouri).
Prices for each residence range from a few million to nearly 20 million dollars.
Residential Expansion
The project includes the construction of 40 residences, with 31 units housed within a single residential building. The development will be led by Four Seasons and Host Hotels & Resorts, an American real estate investment fund and owner of Four Seasons Resort Orlando.
“We are proud to expand our residential portfolio, building on the extraordinary living experiences that Four Seasons has offered Golden Oak residents since 2015,” said Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential, Four Seasons. “In collaboration with our partners at Host Hotels & Resorts, we will provide new residents with the legendary service, amenities, and experiences of Four Seasons, all within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.”
Sales will be exclusively handled by Golden Oak Realty, the real estate sales and marketing service dedicated to the residential neighborhood, and are expected to commence in late 2024.
