TradingPlatforms.com has just ranked Ferrari as the fifth-best employer in the world. The luxury automobile manufacturer, aiming to attract and retain new talents, has implemented various initiatives to promote their well-being at work.
The prancing horse emblem continues to captivate and maintains its legendary reputation. In the latest edition of its global ranking of preferred employers, TradingPlatforms.com propelled Ferrari from the eighteenth to the fifth position within just one year!
Ferrari boasts the highest profitability in the automotive industry, with an operational margin of 28.3% in the first semester. Although the manufacturer faces a shortage of computer engineers and electric powertrain experts, this does not seem to hinder its reputation and ambitions.
“It’s evident that Ferrari has discovered the formula to attract and retain top talents,” notes the American stock market specialist website TradingPlatforms.com.
Some might attribute this to the substantial bonus payment of €13,500 to approximately five thousand Ferrari employees in February 2023 (following their victory in the 2023 Le Mans 24 Hours). Undoubtedly, this has contributed to improving the perception of working conditions within the company.
However, while TradingPlatforms.com acknowledges this aspect, the website prefers to regard it as an ancillary factor.
Workplace well-being
An increasing number of candidates are drawn to positions at Ferrari because the company has built a reputation for philanthropy and being a socially responsible employer.
