This exceptional residence, offered at the exorbitant price of AED 600 million (around $163 million), has established itself as one of the most expensive properties on the planet. It sets a new record as the largest private residence in the history of Dubai real estate. But it’s also one of the largest private residences on the planet!
The Super Penthouse R1, spread over three floors and a roof, covers an impressive 77,707 square feet (7219.2165 square meters). It was unveiled by Emerald Palace Group (EPG), owner of the luxurious Raffles The Palm Dubai.
