After the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, a new luxury train is coming to Italy, the Treno della Dolce Vita. This new high-end rail service will include 10 routes and cover 128 cities.
In Italy, a new service will compete with the famous Venice Simplon-Orient-Express: the Treno della Dolce Vita (in French, le train de la Dolce Vita), a series of high-end sleeper trains whose ten lines will serve 128 Italian cibties over 16,000 kilometers.
The new service will be launched in 2023, and plans are already underway. The Dolce Vita train will pass through 14 regions, and among the destinations covered are some of the most popular with tourists.
