As part of its campaign, Christian Dior perfumes rely on boxing and on the model and French boxer, Younes Bendjima.
Younes Bendjima, French with Algerian origin, was spotted by chance on the street in New York in 2011. He then signed a contract in the modeling agency Next Model Management. He made his debut on the catwalks of the spring-summer 2013 shows of the brand Givenchy. His atypical beauty seduces then many prestigious brands: Hermes, Berluti, and today Dior.
He is one of the 7 selected boxers, featured in seven short films for the new Dior Homme Sport fragrance. “Boxing is a perpetual lesson in respect. Respect for oneself, one’s body, one’s spirit. Respect for the other. And that’s where it all starts” says Younes Bendjima. Predestined for a career as a professional boxer, the young man is now a successful entrepreneur and model, widely acclaimed internationally.
He is also joined by professional and ring stars Ryan Garcia (USA), Richard Riakpore (Great Britain) and Daniele Scardina (Italy). Dior has also enlisted other promising talents in other fields for this fragrance such as Aadam Hamed (Great Britain), rapper Kontra K (Germany) and model Tanner Reese (USA).
