In its latest report, “European Luxury Retail 2025”, the real estate specialist observes a slight slowdown in the opening of luxury stores in the most prestigious shopping streets in Europe. But this consolidation is not only linked to the slowdown in the growth of the sector, but also to the increasing scarcity of available space. And the race for square meters is expected to continue in full force in 2025, particularly in Paris.
