Chanel champions customer experience according to KPMG

The latest “Customer Experience Excellence” study by KPMG France singles out Fashion & Beauty and Chanel as the sectors and companies that will shine in the field of customer experience in 2023.

Fashion and Beauty in general, and the House of Chanel in particular, stood out in 2023 in terms of customer experience.

This is the main finding of the latest “Customer Experience Excellence” (CEE) study just published by KPMG France. For the past five years, KPMG France has published its Customer Experience Excellence study in partnership with payment platform Adyen and with the support of software publisher Qualtrics.

 

Multi-sector ranking

 

This study establishes a multi-sector ranking (11 sectors in total) of brands that have distinguished themselves in terms of customer experience and service quality. In 2023, the study looks at “11 sectors, 233 everyday brands” and is based on more than “63,000 evaluations”.
