The House on rue Cambon has just taken a minority stake (20%) in the Italian Leo France spa. Based in Florence, this family business specializes in the manufacture of costume jewelry and metal accessories for clothing, bags and other leather goods.

 

Generational transmission

 

The operation took place as part of a generational transition within the Pinzauti family. Lorenzo and Franca, who had founded the company in 1979, transferred their shares to their children, Leonardo and Francesca, both in their fifties. Their first names had inspired their parents to name the company, which had nothing French about it until Chanel came on the scene…
