The two gaming establishments operated by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer won the most coveted and comprehensive award at the latest European Casino Awards. Their dynamism and numerous initiatives to attract a growing audience have thus been recognized.
A major win for the Monte-Carlo Casinos of Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) at the latestEuropean Casino Awards, held on January 19.
The Monte-Carlo Casino and the Casino Café de Paris were indeed awarded “the highest honor,” that of “Best Overall Casino”.
The award was presented by the European Casino Association (ECA) during the ICE Barcelona trade show, the world’s largest B2B event dedicated to the gaming and betting industry.
Six other finalists
The six other finalists for this award were Casino Baden-Baden in Germany; Casino Austria AG, a group operating several casinos in Austria and internationally; the Glasgow Merchant City Grosvenor Casino, a well-known casino in the Grosvenor network, located in the heart of the Scottish city; the Grand Casino Brussels VIAGE, a large gaming complex in central Brussels; the Holland Casino Venlo, a modern casino in the city of Venlo, Netherlands, near the German border; and finally, The Hippodrome Casino, a famous casino in London’s West End.
