Txampi Diz, formerly head of marketing at Maison Balmain, joins Parisian label Casablanca. He is the first to hold the position of marketing director within the brand created by Charaf Tajer.
The Franco-Moroccan brand Casablanca has just announced the recruitment of Txampi Diz, former marketing director of Maison Balmain. Starting this April, he will hold the same position within the brand created in 2018 by Charaf Tajer.
After seven years at the helm of Balmain’s marketing team, Txampi Diz had announced last March his departure from the Parisian luxury label “to pursue other interests“.
Charaf Tajer apparently did not want to miss out on a profile like that of Txampi Diz. To allow him to join their ranks, the creator of Casablanca has internally created the position of marketing director for the first time.
The newcomer completes the brand’s management team with streetwear inspirations alongside Marc Schmidt and Ludovic Le Gourrierec, recently appointed as digital director and commercial director respectively.
