Chanel ahead of Louis Vuitton
Nevertheless, several of the brand’s flagships still feature prominently in Brand Finance’s annual ranking of the world’s 500 most valuable brands in 2025. Among these, Chanel stands out in particular for this latest edition, taking first place among fashion and luxury brands ( but also among French brands), dethroning Louis Vuitton, which has held this position for the past three years.
