Ten years after its founding, BDK Parfums is opening a new chapter. The independent perfume house founded by David Benedek is celebrating this anniversary with an immersive pop-up gallery in Paris and the launch of Collection Studio, a line of three new perfume absolutes inspired by the connections between fashion, materials, and olfactory creation.
A decade of growth
Founded in 2016, BDK Parfums has gradually established itself among France’s niche perfume houses. At the helm of the project is David Benedek, who comes from a family of perfumers that has been based in Paris for several generations. After studying economics and gaining experience in the finance sector, he chose to return to the world of fragrance by founding his own House, with the ambition of developing a contemporary take on French perfumery. Each creation is conceived as a narrative, developed in collaboration with perfumers such as Jordi Fernández, Alexandra Carlin, and Cécile Matton.
Ten years later, the brand is distributed in dozens of countries and continues its international expansion, while maintaining its Parisian roots.
Creations that have become benchmarks

In ten years, BDK Parfums has built a catalog of some thirty fragrances that have contributed to its reputation among niche perfume enthusiasts. Among the most iconic are Gris Charnel, which became a bestseller thanks to its accord of fig, black tea, and sandalwood; Rouge Smoking, inspired by Parisian nights and featuring notes of cherry, vanilla, and tonka bean; Bouquet de Hongrie, a luminous floral composition ; and Pas Ce Soir, with its spicy and fruity accents.
