April 2025, the legendary Bacha Coffee coffee house, founded in Marrakech in 1910, opens its first European flagship store in Paris. Spread over three floors and 1,500 square meters, the venue offers a refined sensory experience and celebrates 100% Arabica coffee in one of the capital’s most iconic locations.
A Marrakech-inspired lifestyle
At 26 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Bacha Coffee unveils a spectacular boutique designed as an ode to refinement and tradition. The black and white checkered floors, carved woodwork, deep ochre tones, and geometric latticework evoke the elegance of its historic birthplace, the Dar el Bacha in Marrakech.
Upon entering, coffee masters welcome visitors to a sumptuous boutique offering more than 200 100% Arabica coffees from 35 exceptional terroirs, from Yemen to Hawaii. Each bean is hand-roasted and available in whole bean, ground, or individual filter bags, accompanied by exclusive accessories dedicated to preparation.
An experience to take away… or enjoy on the spot
On the ground floor, the takeaway counter allows you to prolong the taste experience on the legendary avenue. Each coffee is prepared to order, hot or iced, accompanied by vanilla whipped cream, a stick of raw sugar, and a reusable glass straw. Sweet and savory croissants, made daily by the Maison’s chefs, enhance this gourmet moment.
For those who prefer to linger, a coffee lounge with 100 seats spread over two floors welcomes coffee lovers in five distinct, cozy and elegant spaces. On the menu: traditional dishes subtly enhanced with hints of coffee, a selection of homemade pastries and the unmissable ritual of “Afternoon Coffee.” All orchestrated by coffee masters who prepare each drink in sumptuous golden swan-neck coffee pots using slow extraction methods.
A brand expanding internationally
This Parisian address marks a new stage in Bacha Coffee’s global strategy. After Marrakech, Singapore, Doha, and Seoul, the brand now has 31 establishments in 12 major cities. Present in more than 60 countries through its boutiques and e-shop, the company aims to establish itself in all major capitals by 2030.
“Europe is a cornerstone of our expansion. Paris embodies both our heritage and our contemporary vision of coffee,” explains Taha Bouqdib, CEO of Bacha Coffee. His strategic partner Maranda Barnes adds: “This boutique is much more than a point of sale: it is an invitation to travel and discover expertise that has been passed down for over a century. With this exceptional location, Bacha Coffee is making a remarkable entry onto the Parisian luxury and lifestyle scene. Part boutique, part tasting room, part nomadic counter, and part artistic showcase, this flagship store on the Champs-Élysées embodies the perfect alliance between Moroccan tradition, French elegance, and international ambition. An invitation to rediscover coffee as an exceptional moment, with every cup.
