Driven by the ultra-wealthy, Italian yacht builder Ferretti managed to sustain its growth in 2025.
In 2025, the Italian Ferretti Group posted exceptionally strong results, supported by a deliberate strategy of moving upmarket and by a clientele of ultra-high-net-worth individuals who remained particularly resilient in the face of global economic uncertainties.
Revenue reached €1.23 billion, up 5% year-over-year ; net income stood at €90.1 million, up 2.2% ; while adjusted EBITDA reached €202.8 million, corresponding to a margin of 17%. These indicators reflect a gradual improvement in profitability, in line with the group’s strategy.
A strategic shift toward bespoke solutions
One of the highlights of the 2025 fiscal year was the shift in the product mix. Ferretti significantly increased its focus on the custom-built segment, which now accounts for 40% of revenue—€494.6 million—up from 36% the previous year.
